Shipping Fees & Delivery
All shipping services used by OXOSI provide tracking and full insurance. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders may be combined and the shipping fees will be adjusted unless otherwise requested.
At the moment OXOSI offers a $9.00 flat rate shipping fee on all items. Please allow up to [two] business days (not including weekends or holidays) for us to process your order. Processing time is required so that we can review your order information and prepare your package for shipping.
At this time OXOSI ships only to the USA — sign up for updates on expanded shipping destinations when they become available. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Missing Tracking Information
Please allow at least one business day after your order is shipped for the tracking information. If you do not receive tracking, and the expected delivery date has passed, please contact our
Customer Care ream so that we can assist you further.
Returned to Sender Packages
If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to OXOSI by the courier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment or a refund of the merchandise. The original shipping fee is not refundable.

Return Policy
OXOSI packages include a return label for your convenience. Use the provided slip to seamlessly return items and initiate refunds.
Also provided in each package are detailed instructions on how to properly initiate and ship the return via your order history. Upon notification of initiated return and receipt of returned package, OXOSI will inspect the package contents and item(s) condition. Once package contents and condition have been cleared, we'll process a full refund for the returned items and you will be notified. If in any case your returned item(s) have not been cleared, our customer care representative will contact you via telephone and email with inquiries and on how to proceed. Please allow 7-10 business days after a status update of "Order Refunded" for the refund to appear in the account associated with the original payment.
